Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Book-a-Call Funnel Build purchased on this site (the "Service"), sold by M.Wolf Media & Marketing LLC, dba Provision Digital.

Before your build starts

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin work on your build. Work begins when you submit your build intake form. To cancel, email mitchell@mwolfmedia.com with the email address you used at checkout.

After your build starts

Once you submit your intake and we begin building, the purchase becomes non-refundable because real design and copywriting work has been performed. In place of a refund, you get:

• A review step: nothing goes live without your approval.
• Unlimited revisions for 14 days after your first delivery, until you are happy with the result.

If we fail to deliver

If we do not deliver your funnel for review within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake, you may request a full refund at any point before delivery, and we will honor it.

The lead guarantee

Your funnel is guaranteed to generate high-quality leads when you run ad traffic to it. If you launch ads to your funnel and it does not produce qualified leads, we will rework the funnel and graphics free of charge until it does. If it still does not produce after the rework, you get a full refund. This guarantee requires that ad traffic actually reached the funnel.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
